Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 oz (3oz) pkg cream cheese,softend
  • 2 tsp orange juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Toss blueberries with 2 tbs of flour and set aside.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  • In large bowl beat together cream cheese, juice, vanilla and sugar until smooth.
  • Add melted butter milk and eggs.
  • Add one half of the flour mixture and beat well, then add the remaining flour.
  • Gently fold in blueberries.
  • Fill grease or paper line muffin tins.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
