Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. buttermilk or milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
