Ingredients
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Dip hot dogs in batter.
- Deep fry or use a skillet which can hold approximately 3 inches of oil.
- Batter will cover 12 hot dogs.
