Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free Ranch Dressing
  • 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Light Bologna
  • 4 medium apples
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Method

  • Toss lettuce, onion and tomato with dressing, set aside.
  • Fill each pita half with 1 slice bologna and 1/8 of the lettuce mixture.
  • Serve each person 2 pita halves.
  • Enjoy 1 apple per serving for dessert.
  • Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with their pita.
