Ingredients
- 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free Ranch Dressing
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Light Bologna
- 4 medium apples
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
Method
- Toss lettuce, onion and tomato with dressing, set aside.
- Fill each pita half with 1 slice bologna and 1/8 of the lettuce mixture.
- Serve each person 2 pita halves.
- Enjoy 1 apple per serving for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with their pita.
