Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 3 lrg bananas
  • 1 x (16 oz) nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 x (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 c. white sugar

Method

  • Press pecans into unbaked pie shells.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) till light brown.
  • 2.
  • Slice bananas into cooled crusts.
  • 3.
  • Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
  • Add in nondairy whipped topping to cream cheese mix.
  • Pour mix over bananas in both pie pans.
  • 4.
  • Top pies with blueberries.
  • Refrigerateat least 4 hrs before serving, or possibly freeze for later use.

  • Makes 2 nine inch pies
  • These pies freeze well; enjoy one now, and freeze the second pie for use later!
