Ingredients
- 4 c. shredded red or green cabbage
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Toss together all ingredients.
- Before serving, stir in 1 cup chopped tomato or apple, if desired.
- Makes 4 cups.
