Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Combine ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.
- Sprinkle cheese and chips on top.
- Very good.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, or longer for larger or until heated through.
