Ingredients

  • 6 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 red hot pepper sauce
  • 1 x paprika
  • 1 x parsley leaves
  • 1 x figs california dried , sliced in rounds
  • 1 x crackers

Method

  • In food processor or mixing bowl, blend cheeses.
  • Blend in wine, worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
  • If made ahead of time, refrigerate and bring to room temperature when ready to serve.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with fig slices and crackers.
