- 6 ounces blue cheese crumbled
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine dry
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 red hot pepper sauce
- 1 x paprika
- 1 x parsley leaves
- 1 x figs california dried , sliced in rounds
- 1 x crackers
Method
- In food processor or mixing bowl, blend cheeses.
- Blend in wine, worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
- If made ahead of time, refrigerate and bring to room temperature when ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
- Serve with fig slices and crackers.
