Method
- With this recipe one does not use Sure-Jell, just fruit and sugar.
- To keep berries whole, place berries in pan with sugar on top.
- Don't stir unless you want berries to cook apart.
- With this recipe, cook about 2 hours.
- Boil until syrupy.
- To test, place a small amount on spoon and allow to cool.
- If it runs, keep testing every 10 minutes.
- When thick, can as usual.
