Ingredients
- 10 lb. fresh catfish
- 3 lb. salt pork
- 10 lb. potatoes
- 2 gal. tomatoes
- 1 gal. corn
- 1 gal. lima beans
- 3 lb. okra
- 10 onions
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook fish in separate pot and debone.
- Put boneless fish and water in second pot.
- Bring back to boil.
- Add other ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 hours.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
