Ingredients

  • 1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (21 oz.) cherry filling, chilled

Method

  • In large bowl, beat chocolate with condensed milk.
  • Beat in water, then pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
  • Freeze 5 minutes.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Spoon into dishes.
  • Stir remaining 1/4 teaspoon extract into cherry filling; spoon over dessert.
