Ingredients
- 2 boxes black cherry Jell-O
- 1 can black sweet cherries
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small box Cool Whip or Dream Whip
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Method
- Mix 1 box Jell-O as shown on package and let set until it begins to jell; add pineapple and chill until firm.
- Have the cream cheese soft and beat in with Cool Whip or Dream Whip. Spread on top of firm Jell-O.
- Mix other box of Jell-O and let set until it begins to jell; add cherries (either whole or cut up) and spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Let set until firm.
