Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups butter
  • 36 cups spaetzle
  • 5 cups onions, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 20 cups precooked pork sausage, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
  • - salt
  • - ground black pepper

Method

  • Melt butter in large saucepan.
  • Add spaetzle and onions; saute until lightly browned.
  • Add sausage; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  • Add parsley and bistro sauce; mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring continuously.
  • Serve immediately.
