Ingredients
- 3.25 cups whole wheat flour
- 0.75 cups oat germ/wheat germ
- 2.5 tablespoons baking powder
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 0.5 cups palm oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Slowly add palm oil. Add soy milk to desired consistency, usually about 0.5 cups.
- Bake on lightly oiled pan for 15-20 minutes.
