Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 2 Apples (cored & chopped)
  • 4-5 Celery Stalks (chopped)
  • Walnuts (to taste)
  • Raisins (to taste)
  • Dressing:
  • 2t Apple cider vinegar
  • 4t Red wine vinegar
  • 1t Dijon mustard
  • Dash of Salt
  • Dash of Water
  • 4t Orange Juice

Method

  • Rip/cut the kale into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the celery, apples, raisins and walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, combine and whisk the dressing ingredients; increase quantities to taste. Pour over salad, and toss to distribute.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.
