Ingredients
- 4-5 pieces sprouted-grain bread
- 4-5 tablespoons orginal tofu spread
- cucumber
- carrot
- cherry tomatoes
- salad onion
- olives
- beans
- Pinch parsley microgreens
Method
- Toast the bread and spread the tofu on each slice.
- Add the veggies on top of the toast.
- Tip: Make silly vegetable faces for the little ones. Ask your kid to help. It is a great way to get little ones creative at the table, and a fun way to sneak in vegetables.
