Ingredients
- 3 cans biscuits (buttermilk)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon (divided)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- Pecans, optional
Method
- Mix 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp.
- cinnamon.
- Roll biscuits in sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut in quarters.
- Place pecans on bottom and sides of Bundt pan or possibly loaf pan.
- Drop pcs of biscuits in pan.
- Boil 1 stick butter, 1 tsp.
- cinnamon and 1 c. brown sugar for 3 min.
- Pour boiled mix over biscuits.
- Continue layering biscuits and boiled mix till gone.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly less.
- Remove from pan at once.
