Ingredients

  • 3 cans biscuits (buttermilk)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon (divided)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • Pecans, optional

Method

  • Mix 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon.
  • Roll biscuits in sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cut in quarters.
  • Place pecans on bottom and sides of Bundt pan or possibly loaf pan.
  • Drop pcs of biscuits in pan.
  • Boil 1 stick butter, 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon and 1 c. brown sugar for 3 min.
  • Pour boiled mix over biscuits.
  • Continue layering biscuits and boiled mix till gone.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly less.
  • Remove from pan at once.
