Ingredients
- 1/4 c. diet margarine
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
- 24 packets Equal sweetener
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. low calorie cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Melt
- margarine
- over
- low
- heat.
- Add chocolate. Stir until just
- melted.
- Remove
- from heat. Stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine with cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and spread in lightly greased 8-inch square pan.
- Refrigerate
- until firm.
- Cut into 1-inch squares.
- Store in refrigerator.
- (I use walnuts.)
