- 2 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red crushed pepper
- salt
- pepper
- garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pkg. "Texas Size" Rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thawed
- 3 c. Mozzarella and Colby cheese, shredded
Method
- Brown hamburger meat and drain.
- Add spice and mix well.
- Add cabbage and onion and cook about 15 to 20 minutes.
- (May need to add a little water.)
