Ingredients
- milk
- 1 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 3 to 7 kinds of fruit *
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice (if using apples and/or bananas, to keep them from browning)
- chopped nuts and sugar or honey to taste
- 1 c. whipped or sour cream or yogurt
Method
- *I always include mashed fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries with their juice to give it a pink color.
