Ingredients
- 1 c. whole corn, drained
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Mix all together and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
- (Can add peppers, chilies and etc. to taste.)
