- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked
- 16 oz. pkg. medium noodles, cooked
Method
- Combine soup, broth, tomatoes and celery; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add cheese.
- Simmer until cheese melts.
- Add chopped pieces of chicken.
- Pour mixture over noodles in baking dish and mix well.
- Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.
