- 1 large chicken
- 2 medium diced onions
- 2 pkg. frozen lima beans (small)
- 4 cans diced tomatoes
- 1/2 qt. beef stock
- 3 lb. beef roast (chuck)
- 4 medium diced potatoes
- 2 pkg. frozen yellow corn
- 1 qt. chicken stock
- 1 tsp. sugar
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sherry
Method
- Stir during cooking (several hours until thick), mashing vegetables lightly.
- Serve with corn bread, cole slaw and hot apple with pie with Cheddar cheese wedge.
- Serves 8.
