Ingredients

  • 1 stk melted butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. finely minced nuts
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream
  • 1 box (3 1/2 ounce.) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 box (3 1/2 ounce.) instant vanilla pudding mix

Method

  • Mix butter, flour and nuts and pat into a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 min and cold.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cold Whip and spread over first layer.
  • Beat remaining ingredients and spread over second layer.
  • Spread top with Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream.
  • Just before serving, decoate with additional minced nuts and shaved chocolate.
