Ingredients
- 2 c. grated squash
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 6 tsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix well and add enough meal for texture.
- Shape with tablespoon; drop in hot oil.
- Cook until brown.
- Serve hot with vegetables.
