Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 4 c. water
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Brown bacon lightly; add onion.
- Cook until tender and lightly browned.
- Add potatoes and water.
- Cook until tender (1/2 hour). Add corn.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add soups; bring to a boil, stirring until well blended.
- Before serving, heat milk and add to the mixture.
