Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream sugar and oil.
- Beat in eggs.
- Add dry ingredients. Fold in pineapple, carrots and nuts.
- Pour into three 8-inch layer pans.
- Bake at 325° to 350° for 25 to 40 minutes or until done.
