Ingredients
- 3/4 cups Soft Margarine
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/3 cups Cocoa
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Nuts (optional)
Method
- Cream together:
- Margarine
- Sugar
- Cocoa
- Add (1 at a time):
- Eggs
- Flour
- Vanilla
- Nuts
- Grease 9 x 13 cake pan.
- Bake at 350 for 25 - 35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, let cool.
- BEST EATEN PLAIN OR WARMED AND TOPPED WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM.
