Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Soft Margarine
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Cocoa
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Nuts (optional)

Method

  • Cream together:
  • Margarine
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa
  • Add (1 at a time):
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Vanilla
  • Nuts
  • Grease 9 x 13 cake pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 - 35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven, let cool.
  • BEST EATEN PLAIN OR WARMED AND TOPPED WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM.
