Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. corn oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Method
- Mix cereal, sugar, flour, salt and soda.
- Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.
- Mix well.
- Store in covered bowl in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
- When ready to cook, grease muffin tins.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
- Bake about 20 minutes.
