Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
  • 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 5 bananas
  • 2 large bottles ginger ale

Method

  • Bring the sugar and water to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
  • Let cool and then add frozen orange juice, pineapple juice and the juice of a lemon.
  • Put the bananas through a blender and add to mixture.
  • Freeze.
  • Thaw out 3 hours before time to serve.
  • Put in punch bowl and add ginger ale.
  • Yields 60 servings.
