Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 c. water
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
- 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 5 bananas
- 2 large bottles ginger ale
Method
- Bring the sugar and water to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
- Let cool and then add frozen orange juice, pineapple juice and the juice of a lemon.
- Put the bananas through a blender and add to mixture.
- Freeze.
- Thaw out 3 hours before time to serve.
- Put in punch bowl and add ginger ale.
- Yields 60 servings.
