Ingredients
- 1 large can cherries in heavy syrup
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 1 box white or yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3/4 c. nuts
Method
- Butter a 9 x 14-inch baking pan.
- Spread the cherries and pineapple (undrained) in pan.
- Sprinkle over that the cake mix (dry).
- Drizzle over cake mix 1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted.
- Add nuts over the top and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
