Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 to 3 large potatoes
  • 4 to 6 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can tomato soup

Method

  • Cook beef in frying pan so it is cooked but not browned. Place in casserole dish (3-quart), then put in a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of sliced carrots, a layer of cooked meat and a little of chopped onion.
  • Repeat layers again and again.
  • Lastly, add 1 can undiluted can of tomato soup.
  • Put on cover.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Take off.
  • Cover and bake 10 minutes more.
