Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 to 3 large potatoes
- 4 to 6 carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Cook beef in frying pan so it is cooked but not browned. Place in casserole dish (3-quart), then put in a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of sliced carrots, a layer of cooked meat and a little of chopped onion.
- Repeat layers again and again.
- Lastly, add 1 can undiluted can of tomato soup.
- Put on cover.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Take off.
- Cover and bake 10 minutes more.
