Ingredients
- filet trout (as many as you want)
- onions
- salt and pepper
- Old Bay
- paprika
- butter
Method
- Place trout into oblong pan.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Old Bay and paprika.
- Cover fish with plenty of chopped onion.
- Place pats of butter all over fish.
- Cover with foil and cook.
- Cook at 350° until light brown.
