Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef, cut into bite size pieces (do not brown beef)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- noodles or rice
Method
- Cook in pot with a tight lid or put foil over a casserole dish and then put cover on top of foil.
- Bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours. Do not peek while it bakes.
- Before serving, add the sour cream and serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
