Ingredients
- 2 lb. chuck beef, cut in small strips
- 4 onions
- 1 can bouillon
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Method
- Slice onions and fry in a little butter with the strips of meat which have been rolled in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add bouillon and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
- Peel mushrooms and add 30 minutes before serving.
- Stir in sour cream just before removing from the heat.
- Serves 4.
