Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • hot cooked noodles
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream

Method

  • Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, brown half the meat at a time in hot cooking oil; drain off fat. Transfer meat to crockery cooker.
