- 2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- hot cooked noodles
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Method
- Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, brown half the meat at a time in hot cooking oil; drain off fat. Transfer meat to crockery cooker.
