- 1 pound Sirloin Steak, Sliced Thin
- 1/2 cups Beer, I Used Budwiser
- 1/2 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 package (15.5 Oz. Package) Thin Chinese Noodles
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 whole Yellow Onion, Sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 12 ounces, weight Cole Slaw Mix
- 1 cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 cup Cut Fresh Broccoli
- 4 Tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
- 1 package (about 2 Oz. Packet) Sweet And Sour Dry Mix
- 1 cup Water Plus 3 Tablespoons, Divided
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Method
- First slice beef in thin slices and put in a Ziploc baggie.
- Add beer and teriyaki sauce.
- Refrigerate all day.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- In a large frypan, add the vegetable oil and heat to medium high heat.
- Add beef and the sauce it was marinating in, onion slices and garlic, stirring often for 10 minutes.
- Then add the cole slaw mix, mushrooms, broccoli, garlic chili pepper sauce, sweet and sour dry mix and 1 cup of the water.
- Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add cornstartch and 3 tablespoons water, mix well and add to the meat mixture.
- Stir in well and simmer another 5 minutes.
- Serve over Chinese noodles and enjoy!
