Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger (30% fat)
- 5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick cure
- 2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 2 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Method
- Day 1 to 4:
- Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate (mix each day).
