Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean beef, diced
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper, ground
- 2 bay leaves
- 16 oz. diced tomatoes (canned, optional)
- water
Method
- Peel and wash vegetables.
- Cut meat into small size pieces. Dice all vegetables and place in slow cooker with meat and seasonings.
