Ingredients
- 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg (yolk only)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 60 mini chocolate candy kisses
Method
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Combine butter, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla in bowl.
- Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
- Add flour, cinnamon and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
- Fit cookie press with desired template; fill with dough.
- Press dough, 1 inch apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8-11 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned.
- Immediately place 1 candy in center of each cookie.
- Remove from cookie sheets.
- Cool completely.
