Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. boiling water

Method

  • Cook beef tender and add vegetables:
  • 6 to 8 potatoes, 5 to 6 carrots and 5 to 6 stalks celery.
  • Add vegetables according to what you like and thickness you want.
  • You can make as much as you like. I coat the beef cubes with a little flour before I brown it.
  • This helps thicken the broth.
