Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 sliced onions
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 small can mushrooms
Method
- Put everything in one baking dish with cover.
- Bake at 350° for 4 hours.
- Be sure to stir periodically to be sure the meat isn't drying out.
- Serve with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, noodles and rice.
- Bake only in oven, not crock-pot.
