Ingredients

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips, f nely minced
  • 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 x Caramel fluff frosting recip

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2" rectangular baking pan.
  • Beat all ingredients except Caramel Fluff in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
  • Neat on high speed for 3 min, scraping bowl occasionally.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 min; cold completely.
  • Frost with Caramel Fluff.
  • Store in refrigerator.
