Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound round steak
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 c. cooked noodles

Method

  • Cut round steak into thin strips.
  • Dust with flour.
  • In large skillet, brown meat in fat.
  • Add in mushrooms, onion and garlic.
  • Brown lightly.
  • Stir in beef bouillon.
  • Cover; cook 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender; stir now and then.
  • Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream; cook over low heat 5 min.
  • Serve over cooked noodles.
  • 4 servings.
