Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef (ground)
- 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 packet enchilada seasoning
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 1 small can chopped peppers
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 large packet shredded cheese
- tortillas
- refried beans
Method
- Brown beef, heat can of sauce with 1 can water.
- After meat is brown, add a little of sauce, peppers and seasoning; simmer.
- Heat oven to 350°.
