- 1 pound cooking bag
- 6 lbs. beef chuck roast
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 3 lg. minced onions
- 1 green pepper
- 3 tbsp. barbeque sauce
- 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 14 ounce. ketchup
- 1/2 c. water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place all ingredients in large cooking bag (add in 1 Tbsp.
- flour to coat bag).
- Cut 3 (1 inch) slits in bag and put in oven at 300 degrees and bake for 6 hrs.
- Remove and mash up the meat into small pcs and stir well.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
