Ingredients
- 5 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Method
- Mix thoroughly; cover and refrigerate.
- Knead once daily for 3 days.
- Place in 2 loaf pans and pack down.
- Bake at 150° for 10 hours.
- Eat or freeze.
