- 2 lb. beef steak
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- hot cooked noodles
Method
- Saute steak and onions in olive oil until done.
- Add soups and wine.
- Cook until thick and smooth.
- Serve on hot noodles.
