Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1/2 c. cream sherry
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
Method
- All in one bowl, blend ingredients 2 minutes.
- Pour into 1 large Bundt pan or 2 small pans and bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes, invert on rack.
- Make orange or lemon glaze with sifted powdered sugar and either lemon or orange juice.
- Poke holes in cake with toothpick and pour glaze over, dripping down the sides of the cake.
