- 5 to 6 lb. uncorned beef brisket
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
Method
- Sprinkle soup mix over the top of the brisket.
- Wrap in heavy foil, sealing all seams so that juices do not escape.
- Place in oven at 200° for
- 8 hours.
- Slice across grain.
- Make gravy from drippings.
